Overview

A supermarket assistant can start with the information shoppers repeatedly need: where a product is, what the store publishes about it, current opening/service information, active offers supplied by the retailer and a route to human help. Live stock, price or promotion data is shown only when the retailer provides an authoritative source and agrees the refresh/fallback behavior.

The current RIFE material also discusses kiosks, apps and other connected touchpoints.
