Reception & approved information
Use an avatar or kiosk for facility information, visiting guidance, service discovery and administrative FAQs from hospital-approved content.
The current RIFE smart-hospital page combines reception, check-in, wayfinding, administrative assistance and connected workflows.

A hospital deployment should begin with the workflow, not with a generic AI promise: who is asking for help, what information may be shown, which system is authoritative, what identity or privacy checks are required, where the person or payload needs to go, and who owns the exception.
The live page contains useful themes but also theme/demo residue, generated imagery, HIPAA language, triage/diagnostic assertions and quantified outcome claims.

Registration, form collection or appointment confirmation can be integrated where the hospital defines identity, privacy, system access and staff fallback.
Guide visitors toward departments, wards, laboratories and service areas using maintained facility-location data and clear restricted-zone rules.
Scope medicines, samples, supplies, meals, linen or other movements separately, with payload custody, hygiene, access and handoff rules defined by the hospital.
Clinical triage, diagnosis, medication advice and treatment decisions remain outside the default RIFE assistant scope unless handled by an independently validated clinical system.
Appointment, directory, visitor, logistics or facility systems participate only through approved interfaces with defined permissions and audit expectations.
Not by default. Diagnosis, triage, treatment and medication advice are not inferred as standard capability.
The current RIFE page discusses EHR/PMS/CRM/access-control integration at a broad level. Any real connection must be scoped to the actual target system, available API, privacy/security model and hospital approvals.
Current RIFE material supports avatar/kiosk interfaces for information and guidance plus autonomous delivery robots for approved internal logistics missions. The exact hardware depends on the workflow.
The project must define what data can be displayed, who can access it, where robots/kiosks may operate, what is logged, how users are identified if required and how exceptions are handed to authorized staff.
