The current RIFE smart-hotel surface is broad: virtual reception, multilingual guest assistance, check-in, concierge, personalization and connected hotel operations. The redesigned page now expresses that as a modular RIFE ecosystem—digital-human/kiosk interaction for information and guided self-service, plus selected delivery robots for physical service—while PMS, booking, payment, room-key, IoT and building interfaces remain commissioned integrations.

Overview

The guest-facing layer should begin with reliable property knowledge: facilities, timings, directions, room orientation, dining, local information and service guidance. From there, the hotel can choose which requests are informational, which hand off to staff and which are allowed to call an approved hotel system.

Physical delivery is a separate workflow. Towels, bottled water, amenities, food or documents can be assigned to a selected indoor robot only after routes, lifts/doors, loading points, handoff rules and recovery procedures are commissioned for the property.

Yes where the hotel or provider exposes an approved interface. The exact data and actions must be defined, authenticated and tested for the project.

Can a robot deliver to guest rooms on multiple floors?

Potentially, after routes and handoff points are commissioned and any lift/door interfaces are proven against the actual building systems.
